Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. The value of the store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
