Domestic shipments generally reach customers within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries may require 10-20 business days depending on customs clearance. Seasonal peaks may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize delays.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent pricing with tiered shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 applies to orders totaling $0-$60
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders of $60+ (maximum order value $9,999)

These rates reflect our commitment to balancing affordability with reliable service across all product categories.

Shipping Regions

Currently serving 30+ countries across North America, Europe, and select Asian markets. We cannot ship to embargoed regions or countries with restrictive import policies. During checkout, our system automatically validates delivery eligibility based on your shipping address. For specific territory inquiries, please contact our support team prior to ordering.

Within 24 hours of shipment dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While 98% of deliveries arrive on schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by 5+ business days, please contact lacehavent@gmail.com with your order number. We'll immediately initiate carrier investigations and provide resolution options, including reshipment or refund where applicable. Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment date.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or brokerage fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are separate from your order total and typically collected upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot pre-pay or estimate these fees on your behalf.
